Food Intolerance Test in Australia
If certain foods leave you bloated, uncomfortable or reaching for the antacids, a food intolerance test can help you narrow down the culprits. Our range spans IgG, IgA and IgG4 antibody panels covering 96 to 240 foods — including panels weighted toward Asian and plant-forward diets — alongside FODMAP, lactose and coeliac testing. Most of our panels are at-home finger-prick kits posted directly to you, with no collection centre visit required. Whether you want to know what foods you're intolerant to, are exploring a suspected food sensitivity, or are checking for coeliac markers, our tests give you clear results to work through with your practitioner. If your symptoms are more digestive than food-specific, explore our gut health & digestion testing. Order online, no GP referral needed.

Which foods are triggering your symptoms?
If you react to foods but can't pin down which, our food intolerance panels screen your antibody response across a defined list of foods — a starting point for a structured elimination with your practitioner.
Choose the panel that matches your diet. The General 96 covers everyday Western staples and suits most people starting out. The Super Food Panel adds 48 more foods across seafood, nuts, tropical fruit, herbs and spices, and the Complete Food Panel is our broadest at 240 foods. If your diet is built around rice, soy and tropical fruit, choose the Asian panel; if it's plant-forward, choose the Vegetarian panel.
A larger panel isn't more accurate — it covers more of what you actually eat. Choose on diet, not on number. Every panel includes a Candida albicans screen and a Personal Rotation Diet Guideline. New to intolerance testing? Read our food intolerance testing guide.
A food intolerance occurs when someone has difficulty digesting a particular food - this can lead to symptoms such as intestinal gas, abdominal pain or diarrhoea. This Food Intolerance Test includes an IgG screen for 96 common foods.
A broader food intolerance screen covering everything in the 96-food panel plus an expanded range of fish, nuts, fruits, herbs and spices. Includes an IgG screen for 144 foods.
Our most comprehensive food intolerance screen - an extensive 240-food panel for clients who want the broadest possible coverage. Includes an IgG screen for 240 foods.
A 96-food intolerance panel tailored to plant-forward diets, with a wide grain, legume, nut and vegetable range. Includes an IgG screen for 96 foods.
Which antibody marker is right for you?
Every panel is available with the antibody marker that suits you.
IgG measures delayed-type antibody responses. It's our most popular marker and the right default if you're unsure. IgA measures mucosal, gut-lining responses, and is often chosen where digestive symptoms dominate. The IgG + IgA combination screens both in one order for the fullest picture. IgG4 is a specific IgG subclass, available on the General 96, 144 and 240 panels and usually ordered on a practitioner's recommendation.
These markers reflect your body's antibody response and exposure to foods. They're a structured guide for planning an elimination and reintroduction diet with a practitioner — they're different from IgE allergy testing and don't diagnose a food allergy, intolerance or coeliac disease on their own.

Struggling with dairy or FODMAPs?
Lactose and fermentable carbohydrates (FODMAPs) are common triggers for bloating, gas and IBS-type symptoms. These breath tests measure how your body handles them. If bloating and IBS-type symptoms are your main concern, read our guide to understanding your gut health and IBS.
Breath test measuring hydrogen and methane after a lactose solution - markers relevant to how your body processes lactose. Find out more with a simple at-home breath test.
FODMAPs are naturally occurring sugars found in milk and dairy products, fruits and vegetables, cereals and processed foods. These dietary sugars are poorly absorbed in the gut and can cause symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.
Could it be coeliac disease or gluten?
Coeliac disease is an immune reaction to gluten affecting roughly 1 in 70 Australians. These tests measure coeliac antibody and gene markers. Not a diagnosis - discuss with your GP, and don't remove gluten before antibody testing. Not sure whether it's an allergy or an intolerance? Read our guide to food allergy vs food intolerance.
Measure coeliac antibody markers. Coeliac disease affects approximately 1 in 70 Australians. Discuss results with your GP.
Test for HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 gene variants — markers relevant to coeliac disease susceptibility.
